How do you do it? Right now I'm trying to contact them but it doesn't seem like there's an option for live chat, I keep getting a bot and no answers

I used their messaging option on app. You'll get connected to the bot but if you keep requesting more help or if you type 'agent' it will allow you to send a message to one of their reps.

I get a contact agent button, after pressing that I get submit a ticket button, I did submit a ticket a couple of hours ago and no response, no matter how much I try I can't get to speak to an agent :/. When I write Hello I get a "Hi I am Siyo" which is a fake

Unfortunately, if you don't have the option of accessing the live chat (something that has happened to me on several occasions) then you will have to go the ticket route. It is definitely longer, as they usually take up to 24 hours to reply to each of your messages but it sure does work, and only takes about 5 messages total to secure the refund.

Each time I have SE'd SHEIN, they have told me to wait and contact them after 3 days. Successful refund each time.

It just depends if you can wait these extra couple of days or if you need the money back urgently.

I would say that DNA is more effective on Shein. I was able to do 25 items in one order, last month. All you have to do is agree to their generic statement and your refund is successful.

DNA, at least in the Uk is easy if done with evri. Wait a few days from last package if multiple, contact them and the instantly refunded. 3 packages delivered on different days, 110 items, around 1.2k value. They send the delivery photos and just say you dont recognise them and bingo
