SHEIN refund - Byhass - 06-06-2023
I've hit them with a PEB and they told me to wait 3 days and write to them again, should I wait or press them saying that it's urgent?

Each time I have SE'd SHEIN, they have told me to wait and contact them after 3 days. Successful refund each time.
It just depends if you can wait these extra couple of days or if you need the money back urgently.

I would say that DNA is more effective on Shein. I was able to do 25 items in one order, last month. All you have to do is agree to their generic statement and your refund is successful.

Just shy of £300 and yes, it was a fresh account.

I used their messaging option on app. You'll get connected to the bot but if you keep requesting more help or if you type 'agent' it will allow you to send a message to one of their reps.
