Anyone done a refund on furniture or heavy objects of that nature?
Usually due to the weight furniture is often delivered by smaller local subcontractors who I imagine do not have the same gps tracking and strict protocols that consumer courier companies have.

nothing specific at the moment but wouldnt mind a new armchair, sofa, tables etc. would be nice to have a bathroom renovation and only pay for the labour as that it is hard to SE

It's ridiculous going through the events you've described for a claim that's no fault of your own.

This clearly justifies why companies that operate on similar grounds, deserve to be SEd.
