Anyone done a refund on furniture or heavy objects of that nature?
Usually due to the weight furniture is often delivered by smaller local subcontractors who I imagine do not have the same gps tracking and strict protocols that consumer courier companies have.

nothing specific at the moment but wouldnt mind a new armchair, sofa, tables etc. would be nice to have a bathroom renovation and only pay for the labour as that it is hard to SE

"I had to get my money back for a chair that had arrived damaged. It wasn't quite clear whether it was the courier's fault or the furniture seller's, but after several weeks of constant scandals and threats of a court case, I managed to get my money back. The nerves were not worth it.
P.S. I got my money back, but the fact that the chair was missing still irritated me. Since the money was not immediately returned to my account, I had to use the Buy Now, Pay Later furniture store. Interesting experience, although a little strange for me.

This clearly justifies why companies that operate on similar grounds, deserve to be SEd.
