Ok, I got respond from them today and unfortunately I kinda predicted that they would want package with items back. Tommorow they will send courier to get it. They also mentioned that once they got the package in their warehouse they will move on with with the complaint. Are they finally going to refund me? And what now? How can I sell it when I only have watch without even a loop? @

They require the return to move forward with the claim's assessment - It's part of their process.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the refund will be generated.

Yeah but I can't find one with exactly same colour. Maybe I'll try sell only watch and if I can't I will buy legit band.
