Okay, yesterday I write to them about this missing watch and today they ask me to get photos of the box and every piece inside (band, cabel etc.). They also want to know if box was damaged (I forgot to mention it in first email) and under what circumstances was the deficiency found. Should I give them all of these information?

I said that box was intact and that when I opened the box only watch was missing.

Will do that but in this situation they wanted clear answer by email and I feel like rep would be more suspicious if I said that I need to check it and get back to them. But I understand how this method might be a plan B.
