Yeah, it was pretty easy actually. All they did was tell me to fill out a form when I called them on the phone and then I received a refund email a week later. This was a while ago but I’m told it still works.

Hit another DNA with them this week. Sent the signed email back yesterday and today I received the option of refund or replacement. Email actually stated they aren't even going to investigate it and will save me the inconvenience by just offering me those options straight away. Maybe it's rep dependent how they handle these as I've never had that response before.

It seems like the claim was approved at the rep's discretion, which does happen every so often with all major companies.

how much was your order that you were able to DNA? am thinking of doing a 400 haul
£260. Evri always leave my parcels in the garden rather than knocking which is actually terrible but good for SE purposes. DNA always works when I use them.
