This case has been escalated internally and we will not be able to assist any further in this instance.

In addition to the above, we have conducted a warehouse investigation and it was confirmed that all items were dispatched with this order and our current stock amount also confirms this.

As well as escalating this issue by conducting the warehouse investigation, the carrier have confirmed the weight of the parcel which matches the total weight of all items purchased.

If you are unhappy with the outcome, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform. Please follow instructions in our previous email.

Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated this but we will be unable to assist any further in this matter.
