Did partial with Uniqlo too. I ordered 5 items and told them it was one inside. Received refund on spot.
Keep in mind ultimately, it may fail, if the rep does his job right. But it was still quite easy, so I definitely recommend it a try if you want to get some clothes

Absolutely.
But as with your case, some reps can't be bothered assessing the claim and approve It there and then. After all, It's not their company so why should they care?

It was under 100€. Certainly more possible. Still, it simplifies the process of a refund if you're not too greedy.

£300. Evri. You often have a good chance of a refund whenever evri is delivering anything as they are useless.
