Hi everyone
I find myself stuck with the implementation of my wrong item method
I will receive tomorrow the order of my right item but in the same time, I received an email indicating that my wrong item was blocked because of a mistake in the shipping slip and will be returned to sender!

I find myself blocked because I cannot indicate that I have received the wrong item since I have not received anything else from their stock …

What about the EB arguing the bag was missing inside the brand box without any damage to the package (do not want to cause any trouble to the carrier// my friend did such a thing et cause the dismissal of the driver during christmas holiday : such a shame !!!!)

Maybe a good circumstance: the driver left the package to my neighbour although my signature should have been mandatory.
Will try to use it in my favour pretending that the bag was missing inside the branding box with no manipulation of the package and that my neighbour could not take the responsability to verify anything.

Yes i know that is why i prefered not say that the package was damaged to avoid any issue
And obviously for the same reason that is why i did not use DNA

To what extent? The rep I can get will Scan the nfc and everything it’s just the serial number inside the pocket which won’t work other than that’s it’s perfect
