It means that amazon is detecting something suspicious with your account. Did you try to use a new phone number ?

I am using different name, address, phone number, IP. Sometimes it works, but most of the time they require the verification and when i send them the Revolut document they reject it saying they can not verify it with this document. And in the same time telling me they need these 3 to be visible on the document:

Name
Address
last 4 digits of the CC
Which are visible on the Revolut document. So i assume there is more to it, that they do not share.

Sure i can. But the problem is i don't use my CC to pay any bills.

The bill is to only provide proof of address with name? Dont need to use the CC anywhere.

Might be just a rumour, but Amazon may be able to detect a VCC.

Only way is to have a legit bank card (still use a different name afaik).

If i use different name and address won't they decline my payment when they cross check the details with the bank?

I'm using fake name on a bank card, and the Amz account been up for a year.

You mean, you are using your legit CC from the bank with fake credentials on your amz account? Not just the name, but also the billing address? Because the name is not really important as the billing address

Yes, that's correct. Billing address is real, because I moved to a new place (so no connection with old account). You could use another address and just opt for Amazon Locker.

I don't see how can i use fake billing address for my CC, i've tried that years ago, it's not working. Unfortunately, we don't have Amazon Lockers in my country, otherwise it would be nice to use it.

Well, to be honest - no. But how can i use different device every time when i create new account? Does it have to be only when you create the account or every time you log in?

Try using a new device.

If you create the account on the new device and login on your usual device, they may link your account to the old one.

I think the problem is that amazon wants an actual statement.

My advice to you is to get a statement from another bank of yours and swap the card numbers around.

If possible, remove the bank logo and replace it with Revoluts logo. If that's too much of a hassle simply crop out the wrong banks logo.

If there's any mention of the bank on the statement, edit it out (using Acrobat) and change the bank name to Revolut.

Just make sure the name on the Revolut card and the address is the real one when you submit it in. Amazon now knows if you change the name. (previously you could write any name and address on the bank statement).
