Well, to be honest - no. But how can i use different device every time when i create new account? Does it have to be only when you create the account or every time you log in?
use a virtual machine or an android emulator

VPN is easy to catch, better use high quality proxy and new google chrome profiles, at least is what I use, is seems like a new device. Also can use android emulator and proxy too.
