Black Arch is pointless. If you're using Arch you should be building a custom OS almost from scratch. BA goes against the values of Arch's mission, which is, of course, building your own OS. It does you no good to learn about Linux using Arch if you're provided with tools and a GUI right out of the package.
If you want to use Arch to hack something, build a custom system from straight Arch and install only the custom tools you want on it. You don't even need the GUI if you build from a blank install. This means it would run faster because your system is not having to run a graphical interface.

Yeah, but are you really going to use 2100 tools? I find that the packages in Kali and Parrot are more than enough to hack, crack, and even use for legit purposes. Plus, download the package information and then just download the entirety of the BA hacking tools pack.
It isn't hard to add packages to different distros. Arch, if you're using nothing but the command line, can streamline your entire system as well as giving you access to the tools. The 2100 tools should already be ready to download with pacman.

Better yet, switch from a proprietary system altogether, and route all traffic through Tor.
I argue this because obfuscated code is inherently unsafe, especially for people living in countries with strong censorship statutes or with governments of questionable surveillance practices.

Using a free/open source operating system (like Linux) then 1) keeps the user safe from backdoors. Also, 2) the use of Tor accomplishes what virtualized environments arguably attempt to do.
Virtualized environments don't mean squat when you expose your actions through non-tunneled networks.
