As a matter of Interest, what was the weight of the jacket you claimed didn't arrive?

If It was significant enough to register a noticeable weight on consignment, then they've completely overlooked It.

It was a levi's jeans jacket, the weight was 1kg i'd say

If they cross-checked the consignment, your claim may have (and most likely would have) been declined.

The main thing Is, you've successfully SEd them.
