Records are kept of every claim, so unless you get a brain-dead rep who doesn't bother checking details, you cannot change what you originally claimed.

Unless I'm mistaken there was no "claim", his friend simply ended the chat without them starting an investigation. Unless of course you mean literally, if a customer (his friend) mentioned DNA then you can't change course. If so then I disagree as you can say you found the package but it was eb.

Yes, I'm referring to the DNA that's already In progress as per below:

It can certainly be done, however Initially claiming that a package didn't arrive (then locating It sometime later), and then Immediately putting a secondary claim by stating the Item was missing, will raise suspicion. The probability of the Inconsistencies of both events on the same consignment, Is not likely.

I'm not suggesting It cannot be done, but rather stating It may complicate matters with the possibility of failure.

You can still do a DNA method even if they take a picture of the package in front of your door. I just did a DNA method and they took a picture and they just asked me to confirm it wasn’t my front porch. Just make sure the picture doesn’t have your house number and if you want rearrange your porch if you like.

Yeah its for a friend so i cant re arrange or anything like that, unless i just send them my porch lol, ill double down on dna tn, tell them something along the lines of “I had a chat with an agent that said there was a picture of it on my porch but i spent all day looking for it and its not my porch” something like that

UPDATE:
I went ahead and double downed on his first claim as dna, took a little longer than usual but I got it done.

I've helped a friend once by changing the method after his initial claim of dna and it worked.

That being said I'm glad your dna, even with a picture of delivery, worked for you. Well done!
