If It's a single stick, It's extremely light hence on the grounds It cannot be viewed externally, your friend should've used the missing Item method.

It shows nothing related to his address, just the package on the front of his porch.

He can still start a new live chat and say eb/meb.

Furthermore, a picture left on your doorstep (closed door) doesn't mean YOU have received it.

I would still however recommend trying again using eb method.

If the porch does not contain any distinct features, It renders the photo Inconclusive- It could be anyone's home.

so should I go on his acc and tell another agent Its still dna or should I start on the eb.

Dna they will make you ask for a police report. Do you really want all that stress? There's a chance eb requires a police report, but it's nowhere near as high as a dna claim requesting one.

Yes that's correct but I would recommend using the live chat several times first for different reasons in case the past chat history comes up. (even if it does come up it shouldn't be an issue)

If your friend wants he can send an email (cs-reply@Amazon.com /.co.uk. Sometimes you might get a bad live chat rep but a good email rep.
