Have you considered buying through Paypal?
That thing could get lost on its way back to the retailer
My eyes began to water when I looked it up, nice piece of kit indeed

Large retailers, bereft

Hello guys and sorry for late reply. I'm still planning me SE. I'm still waiting for my loansince i'm broke AF and i can't even order the item now.
So far my plan is this :
- Ordering on a website i have several order with
- Paying with Paypal
- Ask to deliver to my house (pretend i can"t walk)
- When the carrier show up, im going straight to my residence entrance without picking the phone
- Make a fake signature
- Wait an hour or two, call back the number and pretend i wasnt home (forgot my cellphone at home).
- Ask for refund
If the carrier call me until i answer to pick my package, i'll try paypal claim and waint with the hope the website is too busy to answer my claim.
I hope my english is good enough for you to understand everything. Feel free to add your opinion and experience to consolidate my plan
I keep you update !

That is a beast.
Curious to see how this goes.
Remember buying a technics vinyl turntable from a pawn shop for £80, reselling them to a vinyl shop on the other side of town for £280.
Was in the shop for 5 minutes and came back to receive a £80 parking fine.
Good times.

It's an unreliable approach hoping the company doesn't respond to PayPal.
If they do, PayPal tends to side with the seller based on tracking confirmation.

I think you meant to write this to OP and not me.

I'm having an issue at the moment. My dj equipment is now broken because of an accident. It was old and tired anyway, so i'm trying to move on with a new equipment. I couldn't find any SE experience with pioneer dj equipment.
I don't know which store to target since they don't directly sell products on their website. It's obviously a big package, so most of the methods won't work. Do anyone has a method on this one (I live in France). I desperately need this in order to keep working
Thanks !
I too love music (used to have 1210's) just been busy with other stuff for so long so gna grab some Pioneer CDJ's
Any reason you aint gone for CDJ's with Serato?

There is already cdj's and djm in every club i play. The controller is mostly for the small gigs in bars etc. They usually don't have equipment and the controler is perfect for this kind of venue.
Concerning my refund, i'm still waiting for my loan lol. I guess my plan is not perfect for now so i'm also learning stuff and maybe make a test race before the big shot!

In short, always fully plan and prepare your SE prior to executing It.

Hi Mothered
& Sorry for high jacking your post vanhoenheim'
You often mention checking stores accept liability for lost shipments before considering DNA
I have found the item in question on several sites via google but cant see anything suggesting liability or not so for lost shipments in there delivery details section.
Would there be another way of checking other than asking CS, as doubt any would entertain this question.
