Refund Pioneer equipment ? - vanhoenheim - 02-19-2023
Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue at the moment. My dj equipment is now broken because of an accident. It was old and tired anyway, so i'm trying to move on with a new equipment. I couldn't find any SE experience with pioneer dj equipment.
I don't know which store to target since they don't directly sell products on their website. It's obviously a big package, so most of the methods won't work. Do anyone has a method on this one (I live in France). I desperately need this in order to keep working

How could i DNA something that i'll have to pick up a the post office ? Or should i try to force deliver to my house and fake sign it ?

You should do that.
But first you need to verify is the website you want to target is responsible for lost package by looking at their terms & conditions

So i checked on Thomann and there is no mention that they are responsible in case of lost. But i think this website is big enough to deal with this kind of situation.
BUT. Let's say DHL or another carrier come deliver (i live in a big residence), they will call me on my cellphone, then i'll have to go in the entrance of the residence to pick up my package. They will say that since they called me, they have a proof i received it right ?
