Yes and be careful of high ticket items on Amazon right now. They have recently started cracking down on accounts.

Many of which have been OFM'd.

ie manipulating the frequency of orders to gain an unfair advantag

I haven't done many (16 successful ones). I only remember:

Amazon DE: FTID
Amazon NL: FTID
Aliexpress: FTID 3x + couple of photoshop evidences on items for a full refund.
German PC webshop (can't remember name): FTID
Ebay: damaged items with shopped photos.

I also did a couple of item swaps too (not counted as SE's). IE a inkjet printer. I wasn't gonna stand for the manufacturer sending me a Monday morning example. So I bought a new one. Then swapped and returned a perfectly sealed box. Single layer tape, cleaned unit with the sticky tapes. Even the unit-label swap to match the one on the box and everything.

All my fails were FTID for Aliexpress. I can only guess what might went wrong there.
And a few were partial refunds.

Just did a Nike DNA of $160 (refunded) with an aged acc, could've done more but wanted too play it safe, customer service rep said they would investigate with courrier but not sure if this is true or just intimidation
