Razer Deathadder (Serial method) 06-08-2023, 02:08 PM

So i’m looking to obtain a mouse through razer (serial method) .
Basically i have refunded a deathadder v3 wireless so it will be easier than to not have the product at all.
However, when i try to contact technical support it only gives me a live chat option ( uk support). Would i have to contact them about warranty to receive the option to email?

I have now realized you have to use live chat to be given a ticket number over email (razer website), i have sent in the request and will give updates. This is my second SE ever, was brought into the community by a good friend and i am grateful.

I was going to tell you to use live chat anyway as sometimes its better than email but i didnt want to provide you with poor information as i have never done a Razer SE before.
I am glad you found your answer. Welcome to the community.

Hey man, i prefer not to use live chat as it’s too fast-paced for my liking. With razer i believe they ask for a few photos which will need to be photoshopped (POD i believe). However, i am decent at photoshopping so this will not be a problem.
Thanks for replying.

I doubt many are following but a replacement is coming my way in 3-5 days.
The item isn't worth too much around £50 i think but nevertheless a succes!
