Disregard that.

Tell them that you're disgusted with the way you've been treated as a buyer who did not receive his goods. You expected a professional service from a company operating on such a large scale, however all communications from their end proved otherwise.

"This is ridiculous, it's been nearly a month, and basically no updates throughout besides "we're working on it", When I purchased from you guys I expected some more professionalism than what I'm getting for a company worth literal billions. Disgusted with how I'm being treated on this matter.

Why can't this information be provided? Could you please show or tell me where in your policies it says the requested information cannot be provided under my given circumstances?"

Final draft before sending, thoughts?
Perfectly said.

Send It off.

"Thanks for responding back.

We won't be able to resolve this case as it has been further investigated by our team.

Again, this is a serious issue that needs to be handled by your local authorities. You can contact them as soon as possible to open a case.

If they would like to get in touch with Meta Store Support to work with our security team, please have them contact us through their official government email."

They're avoiding the question lol, how should I respond?

Firstly, tell them to explain themselves with this:
Quote: We won't be able to resolve this case as it has been further investigated by our team.
It's a vague response that means absolutely nothing.

Secondly, ask them why they're specifically not addressing your questions and concerns after repeated requests. Also say that noncompliance will not be accepted - this case will move to the highest level and be re-assessed In an Impartial and unbiased manner.

thoughts on this response? I feel like it could be cleaned up a bit but I'm tired tonight lol

"Could you please elaborate on what is meant by this?
"We won't be able to resolve this case as it has been further investigated by our team."

Its very vague and explains nothing.

Secondly why is my request for further information on this being ignored after repeated requests? I have had literally no info on what is going on and you guys have refused to provide anything after MULTIPLE requests. I am expecting a response with the requested information, a non-answer will not be acceptable. If I have to I will escalate this to an impartial and unbiased party."

Only change this:
Quote:I am expecting a response with the requested information, a non-answer will not be acceptable. If I have to I will escalate this to an impartial and unbiased party."

To this:
Quote:I am expecting a response with the requested Information, noncompliance Is not acceptable. If you fail to comply, I will escalate this to the highest level to be reviewed by senior management In an Impartial and unbiased manner. If need be, It will also be done with external associates of your company - I have every point of contact on hand.

I also have timestamps of all events, whom I spoke with In every communication and all replies documented In written form. This will be provided to every senior department handling my claim.

And for the latest response, this joke:

"Hi [removed],

We aren't able to provide additional details from our investigation.

Sincerely,
[removed]"

That was the whole email, how do you think I should proceed?

Hilarious.

Tell them that further Information Is paramount to establish whether the correct decision was made with the claim. Also ask them the reason(s) why they're refusing to provide details that justifies their Investigation.

Thoughts on anything I should add or modify on this response?

"Further information about the investigation that was done is required from me in order to establish that the correct verdict was made on the claim. Please provide this information.

I will also ask why this request for information on the investigation has been denied and why you are refusing to provide information that justifies the investigation."
