Try it in a relay point under a false identity with a new payment method and you will have no worries!
Great advice, but I assume he would've already done that if he had the capabilities.

You have telegram? Do you mind sending me the email that Adidas sent you?

I am on Telegram. I don't know if I am willing to send the email, just for the sake of opsec. But I can tell you more details about how it went in private if you want. I know they opened a proper investigation because the DHL tracking page updated say it was being investigated.

On this forum, I rarely find people applying the DNA method at a relay point. I think that with a simple false identity online (I do this), it is possible to get through and when it is time to collect the parcel, you just have to dress incognito

A relay point? Do you mean an abandoned/empty house? There aren't many of those anywhere near where I live. I live in an urban area in a country with a massive housing crisis, we don't just have a load of empty houses around the place, especially not ones secure enough to have deliveries to where a package could just sit safely outside for however many hours before I could swing by to pick it up. A lot of people have ideas that are nice in theory, but in practice for many are far from easy to utilise as some might make it sound. Or maybe I misunderstood what you were getting at. If so feel free to correct my interpretation.

What kind of relay point you talking here? The kind that is specific to the retailer (think amazon locker/counter) or just a general relay point ?

Just a general relay point (shop for example)

I was thinking of the relay point like the shopkeepers and others, not the abandoned houses, I find that also impractical

Maybe I'm not understanding how this would work, but usually if your package gets stolen from a relay point, wouldn't that count as a DNA? How are you going to get the package without the receipt or confirmation # etc..?

No, in France, identity checks are purely visual and only a signature is required. Anyone can then present a false identity on the phone and make a false signature to get the package.

Ideal grounds for the DNA.

Do you mean get something delivered to a nearby shop? As in to choose that as the delivery address when ordering? I don't have that option in my country. I know in other countries that sort of thing is common, but not here.

Yes, that's what I mean. In that case, I wouldn't know what to say.

I'm not sure with Puma, I find it odd Adidas began a carrier investigation because I SE'd 2 pairs of Jordan's from Nike and it was cake.
