In what respect?

I am not qualified to give better advice Smile
I'm not sure what you're referring to, specifically.

No, I'm following up on his question, so I was suggesting that you do this at a relay point. I'm not planning on Puma at the moment personally.

I had success with Nike and Adidas, so I figured that Puma was another large multinational sportsware brand with a market capitalisation in the many billions, so it might fit the bill. I have had a few DNAs recently, so I was thinking to PEB an order. Seems like a good place to start considering there is zero information on that company in the SE discussion space online. Does anyone have experience with Puma? I will keep you posted on how this one develops regardless.

I have done Puma Canada last month . It was order of 1200cad - I got refunded within three days after the label got scanned. No need to contact also. Paid with paypal.

No need to contact? So how did you get the refund? Via PayPal and Puma not replying to the dispute?

I am going to need a bit more detail. Did you actually return the stuff, did you do a partial return, FTID/LIT?
