Yup

That aside, given the value of the Item, an Investigation Is almost a certainty. When they cross-check the details (namely the weight) against the carrier's manifest, your SE will fail.

I’ve already sent them using eb method without any weight in it but it is covered by my courier as they don’t measure weight and also allow receiver to report as received. So of course, I confirm it for them and now waiting for paypal to send me the money back on Monday.

As a matter of Interest, who's the carrier?

The courier is sendle and they supposed to give me the info on the weight and dimensions of the package if I don’t enter the details myself. Although I haven’t received the confirmation from pp yet. I meant that I’m waiting until Monday for them to start working and taking care of my case. That should be the end of it I hope. If not then I’ll just take the L for the new year, return it and amazon refund myself every pc components then.

I think you'll be fine with your method.
I hope the seller isn't a small company, is it?

Nah, I would never pull this kinda shit with small businesses. This is Officeworks we’re talking about.
You're claiming the courier doesn't make note of the weight on the tracking page, correct? Because I know some couriers put the weight on it. If the weight isn't there you should most certainly have a successful refund.

The courier uses a presets of weights and size for packaging. They doesn’t update me the info of the package I sent so I assume that they don’t weigh the package upon pick up at all, so hopefully that should be enough for me to win the case.

Do note that packages (Inclusive of pallets, skids, cartons etc) are weighed at their depot's weighing facilities, so If PayPal refers to their records, It will work against your claim.
