I'm still handling this SE, I did not surrender. Because:
I called them 2 weeks ago, saying that I went to the police station and "for some reasons they declined to let me sign a police report since it was not a problem due to me but to the company", and actually worked, the representative told me that I would have received the refund within a week.
After a week my refund was still unreceived. I emailed them again and they replied to me saying that I had to upload a police report for this matter, they need it. So I called them again and I told them that on the phone the representative told me that I would have received the refund and but I still haven't got it. Now it's just arrived an email to me saying "We understand your reasons and we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot refund your purchase without a police report."
There is this funny, awkward, useless, inefficient lack of communication between the call centre and those fucking (I'm sorry) guys who answer the email. I would feel bad for the CEO of that company, a company without organization and coordination, such a bitch that needs to be SEd.
Call center: "It's okay honey, we will issue you a refund."
Email: "We need a police report buddy."
I will get my refund no matter what. I will try again talking on email and then if doesn't work I will "surrender" under their condition providing them that fucking police report.

#1 - When you strike a bargain on the phone, always ask them to confirm it with an email, so its black on white.
#2 - Even if you opt for the police report, the police will stamp it "case closed" no suspect, no leads, no crime, not worth the time. and slide that bitch into the dont give a f pile.
#3 - Keep comming at them, demand a fucking refund, you just paid 700 bucks for a half the order, without a smartwatch, would you accept the pizza delivery guy handing you a half eaten pizza, or just the crusts, hell no.
This is just a test of patience and if you are in doubt, as also mentioned in another post, find the law texts about consumer rights / buyer protection, if you are within EU you got some really decent paragraphs to throw at them in your email, also if they are on trust pilot or google - write some nasty reviews, if needed make more accounts and claim that "its a friend".
