this is one slimy company. they said it cant be refunded as it has been delivered successfully like the last email. They also said that i shouldve just bought it in store lol. Should i go to paypal or try and get a senior staff member to put it through?

They're totally Ignoring the fact that a refund was approved. Did you request an escalation at any point?
