Pandora ring refund help - smokeyow - 12-08-2022
Bought a ring off Pandora there with the intent to SE them. The order comes with a free bracelet and charm thing. Would I be fine just doing a partial package saying the bracelet came and the ring didn’t??

I think they all come in the same postage box but in individual boxes inside.

Because the value of most jewelry tends to be high and weigh little there is often CCTV cameras in most warehouses to prove that the item has been packed. You need to conduct some research before hitting them or you could do a test run using different details.
The damaged package method is an alternative option if CCTV is in operation.

The damaged package method is self-explanatory, but if you want to learn more I suggest reading motherred's article here. However, be prepared to wait longer for a refund as an investigation with the courier is likely.
