This is hilarious. Twitter has had to implement age restrictions in line with GDPR, so no account user should be under the age of 13. Of course, not all accounts relate to people, as many are of fictional characters and/or organisations. The official account for Hatsune Miku was suspended, as one of the English admins for the account attempted to set her birthday to the year she debuted: 2007.

After updating its terms of service in 2018 in compliance with GDPR, Twitter has started locking accounts whose users are suspected to be underage at the time of the account's creation. Since then, a number of accounts have received suspensions over attempts to set the accounts' birthday, including Crunchyroll's official account in 2019 and even ANN's official account just recently:
