Request proof that the items were in the package when it was shipped. Ask to escalate the claim and check their terms and conditions to see if they are responsible.

They said they have reason to believe all the items were packed. I’m asking for proof and may bring my consumer rights into the picture

No i said it was sealed. I wasn’t going to say it was tampered with
