I did ninjas own site, Super easy SE, ordered air fryer and small accessories, said only accessories came and air fryer did not, dumb i know but their cs is weak.
They refunded, DNA works too

Just placed my order for the AF500UK and some random bullshjt accessories (probe, plate, mits) assuming your claiming PEB and not MEB, I will update with my findings 👍

after emailing them, they requested photos of the items i received (literally sent them a picture of the probe, mits etc) and the next day (today) i have received an email stating my replacement has been shipped. will return it after it arrives tomorrow. success!

Would have thought they would crosscheck weight as air fryers are pretty heavy but good job man!

Ok so my accessories came in a separate bag as a separate package but they arrived at the same time as a the main product. Main product was in a suitably sized box so no room for the accessories. Told them there was no air fryer in the box and sent an image of the empty box. First reply from them was offering a refund since the product since went out of stock. Very easy and quick success. The whole process, including ordering, waiting for it to arrive and the refund confirmation took less than 24 hours although the money took a little longer to arrive.

lovely. great to hear! i wish they offered me the option for a refund, they straight up just sent me a new air fryer without me even asking. returning it tomorrow though! gz!

ordering off the Ninja site. ordering with accessories and claiming the air fryer didnt arrive. no idea why it works, seems their customer support is way too generous. abuse whilst you can!
