Did you say the air fryer wasn't in the air fryer box or that the air fryer and air fryer box is missing from the big brown outer box?

Evening Guys,

Dont SE full time only when im less busy with normal life. However i stumbled upon this post couple nights ago and thought ill have abit of that lol.

Anyway order placed for the best model and 2 accessories just followed what you guys have been doing.

Today 2 parcels arrived via Yodel one boxed air fryer and one package containing the accessories immediately called customer services and he sent me a link to open up a video call to them. Show them a perfect box which was empty and said the items not in there. After literally 2 mins on hold he tells me he is very sorry and a new one will be sent and should even arrive on sunday. Rinse this as much as you can before they clock on probably easiest EB ive ever done considering its a large heavy item aswell.

Update: I told them the box was completely empty and packaging had some weird looking tape like it had been rewrapped.

I said there nothing in the outer brown shipping box. No air fryer and no air fryer box

If you can FTID, go for eBay, did one a couple of months back - or pay a boxer on telegram to do the label and drop for you.

what courier did you FTID ?

Did you contact by phone ?

Did it via email and got the refund promised but it didn't turn up after 24 hours so I phoned them to check on it then the person manually put the refund through.

Just an update on mine! Original arrived by yodel, replacement sent by DPD (Left under the window, tracking says you item is having delays although it’s delivered) spoke to Ninja

Easiest double dip and refund ever! Buy direct don’t go through eBay and PP dispute

Item refunded and I’ve got 2 here 💪😂.

Struggled to find a email address or live chat so simply called the customer services number. As I said in a previous post spoke to the chap who wanted a video call which took all of 15 seconds to show him the empty box.

EB ☑️ then DNA the replacement ☑️ then phone and said I’m annoyed now just bought one from local store instead refunded in 24 hours.

I received an email saying they will now be handing it over to the relevant team for investigation and will receive a reply in 3 days

Dang I feel you did you do EB or DNA?

What did you say to them and how did you contact them?

Also roughly what was the value of your order
If it's only a 3-day investigation you should be good to be honest it's not over yet
