Hi guys, I want to order 2 pants from nike and refund them. Whats the best method for this?
Will PEB work or whats your opinion/experience with Nike?
And few days ago I needed to refund some airforces because they were delivered but they just disappeared. So idk if DNA would work now.

From what I've seen on here, Nike is a real smooth process when EBing or PEBing, one user had success using PEB on an order consisting of 4 pairs of shoes and 1 tee or someshit, claiming that all 4 boxes arrived empty, I'd personally do EB but I'm sure you could make PEB work just as good

Location : Canada
Shipping : Came from Europe, overseas
Number of items : 16
Total Amount : Over 1.6k

I was lucky because everything came in a single package. All 16 items. As soon as the package was received, I waited 48 hours and contacted their support team to ask for a status update. They told me it was delivered and I claimed DNA.

Obviously, because it was a big order, they had to open an investigation and mine lasted roughly 8 weeks.

I haven't seen a Nike SE fail up until now. HOWEVER, expect it to be a very lengthy process if you're ordering above 1000$CAD. You have to follow-up with them minimum once per week.

If you're comfortable with phone calls, do that instead because you can have a better chance at manipulating the representative to take your side and make them believe you actually never got the package (or EB/Damaged items, whichever method you go for.)

I'm thinking about 3 or 4 items around 400€, don't want to order toooo much so it stays jn 1 package and looks like a real order in my account. Yeah I'm about to order some "normal" clothes no customs or idk what
