From what I've seen on here, Nike is a real smooth process when EBing or PEBing, one user had success using PEB on an order consisting of 4 pairs of shoes and 1 tee or someshit, claiming that all 4 boxes arrived empty, I'd personally do EB but I'm sure you could make PEB work just as good

I already got the af1 refunded because they really didn't arrive.
But as I said what should I do if I want to refund 2 pants? PEB with 2 tshirts or some other method? EB won't work here, because I won't order shoes again.

Here's my personal experience. Recently SE'd them and here is what I had ordered and how it went :

Location : Canada
Shipping : Came from Europe, overseas
Number of items : 16
Total Amount : Over 1.6k

I was lucky because everything came in a single package. All 16 items. As soon as the package was received, I waited 48 hours and contacted their support team to ask for a status update. They told me it was delivered and I claimed DNA.

Obviously, because it was a big order, they had to open an investigation and mine lasted roughly 8 weeks.

I haven't seen a Nike SE fail up until now. HOWEVER, expect it to be a very lengthy process if you're ordering above 1000$CAD. You have to follow-up with them minimum once per week.

If you're comfortable with phone calls, do that instead because you can have a better chance at manipulating the representative to take your side and make them believe you actually never got the package (or EB/Damaged items, whichever method you go for.)

Do you have any ideas what happens if I'm not home and they make me to go and collect my package from a pickup station? Then DNA will be dead am I right?

Correct. If they ask you to go pick it up at a drop location, then you can't claim DNA. You'll have to find another method. Not sure where you live, but here in Canada it seems like shipping companies stopped doing that. They simply leave it at the door, even when a signature is required.

Yeah that's what I thought. I'm from EU and sometimes they just drop it in front of the house, but sometimes they'll make you go collect it. So I think if I order on Thursday it should arrive on Saturday and then I can contact them on Monday afternoon. Should work

How much are you ordering for? And how many items?

By the way make sure you don't buy custom items (such as shoes) or hype items (limited edition shoes for example).
