They said between 2-9 days
I really don’t appreciate DPD calling me multiple times either, the lady on the phone was also rude af. Would this be worth mentioning to Nike?

If you don't hear back on the 9th day, simply get In touch and ask where they're at with the Investigation.

Absolutely.
The carrier has no right to repeatedly contact you. It's actually a form of harassment, so tell Nike exactly that.

nike just replied saying
“We have double-checked our courier's GPS and have checked the delivery address and weight of the parcel; we can confirm that the order was successfully and correctly delivered to you.
Thus, we regret to inform you that we are unable to refund the item due to the facts we have gathered.”
Will appealing matter and mentioning the DPD situation?

It doesn't conclude that the driver left the package as Indicated by their GPS coordinates.

As per above.

The weight has no relevance to nonreceipt of goods.
They should know better.

For the said reasons above, their facts do not solidify their decision to decline the claim.

Yes, request an escalation.
