Nike SE UK - zocits - 02-26-2023

Fresh account, Fresh address, Fresh card. I’m trying to SE a pair of trainers from nike and was thinking of using DNA. Although DPD took a picture of it outside my house as the door was being opened, there’s no house number or anything to prove it was mine so should i continue with the SE

DPD are tricky I have heard. With the picture of your open door it will be hard. Is there anyone visible in the picture?

"In this case I have to raise an official investigation with the delivery company DPD. Once I receive a reply from them I will contact you to provide you with a resolution. The timeframe for me to receive information back from DPD is between 2 and 9 business days"

great

Ridiculous.

They already know that through Nike's Investigation.

I once had a picture taken when I was holding the parcel. Still got a refund after they investigated. At the end of the day they can't really prove it's you or your address in the picture.
