Hello, I've been lurking this forum for some time, I've successfully refunded (SE'd) Asos like 3 times and amazon one time.

So I ordered boots (180€) and pants (110€) from Nike, just received them today.

I'm wondering how to go about that refund, I was thinking of telling them I didn't get the pants and that the shoes were wrong item.

Do you guys think this will work? Or should I go for a safe way and do a partial refund (wrong shoes or that they didn't come)?

I should mention that I ordered with them a lot of times in the past and never refunded, but I just made an account now so this is first order on a new account.

Packages are weighed on consignment, so first and foremost, what's the weight of the pants?

and that the shoes were wrong item.

Be sure to select the wrong Item as a "stock Item" that they have In their Inventory. It must also weigh roughly the same as the shoes.

I don't know the weight of the pants but I will weigh them when I get home.
So should I say there were no pants in the box and shoes were wrong, sending back some other ones which weigh like shoes+pants?
I have some fake Roshe 1 home would they be good?

For Instance, If the pants weigh 1kg and you've said they're missing, they'll cross-check with the carrier. They'll then confirm the dispatched weight (pants Inclusive), hence you must have received the pants and your SE will most likely fail.

Hm sounds a little complicated. Before I've always used DNA method. Do you think it would work if I say today it didnt arrive at all? I fake signed the package.

If you say the package was tampered with, that's fine.

But If It arrives untouched, you will experience Issues If they decide to cross-check the weight.

It did arrive untouched...
What do you think about DNA method? Its my first order since its a new account but I ordered through guest checkout multiple times in the past, so I can say something along the lines that I really like their company and their stuff but Im really dissappointed since I've been really eager to receive this package?
What would you do?

The DNA method Is more so carrier-based, hence considered a universal method. It works with the majority of companies.

If you've prepared and executed your SE effectively, It will work.
