RE: NIKE Refund Advice #11
Well guys I've successfully pulled it off, just got a confirmation email for the refund.

Used did not arrive method, took me around 10mins talking through their chat - on 2 occasions.

What did you specifically tell them? One item didn't turn up or both?

Sorry for the late reply.

I said the package didn't arrive.

I had to sign, but I used a fake signature.

When his package arrived, but he told the support he had to sign even though there was no package.

That's how I understood it, feel free to correct me Smile

He obviously received the package, but by signing with a fake signature, the Intention Is to claim that It wasn't "personally" received.

I want to do a Nike and a Zalando separately. I know Zalando are Hermes. Is it okay if I say DNA using a fake sig on an order up to £250 for Zalando? (Clothing only)

And for Nike, if the order is up to £200, what excuse should.i give it shoes will be in the parcel?

Definitely.

Due to the cost and the method used (DNA), most likely an Investigation will be opened, whereby they'll cross-check with the carrier's consignment. So be prepared for that.

You can use the "wrong Item received" method, by purchasing a "stock" Item that's significantly cheaper. When they request the return, send that.

Literally refunded Nike 3 times in the past 2 weeks, all 3 times being around £400 each. Do a partial refund, for one pair of shoes just throw in 2/3 shirts and say only the shirts came. They will usually start an investigation but that's normal and you'll get refund confirmation within the next 2-3 working days, sometimes you'll get lucky and get it on the spot (happened 1/3 times). They don't cross-check the weight with the courier so ignore anyone who says otherwise, as long as the order looks realistic to the support team you'll be fine.
