Hi, I have just reviewed a 287€ Nike order which contains 2 pairs of sneakers and 1 pair of socks, I tried to PEB by calling NIKE the representative opened an investigation I told him I wanted to be refunded quickly etc...
I was told that I wanted to get my money back quickly etc. He said that he had to investigate because I had ordered some nice pairs.


Anecdote: my package says "impossible to scan".

What do you think my PEB will pass or should I try again with other representatives?

One pair of sneakers Is too heavy to EB, let alone both.

Hopefully they're half-asleep during the Investigation and don't cross-check the weight.

UPDATE : I received the refund of the 2 pairs of shoes last night, my account had no order but had been create 2018 I had recontacted the SAV by tel telling them that I had no mail in relation to the investigation in progress and that I wanted to be refunded as soon as possible.

UPDATE :  I received the refund of the 2 pairs of shoes last night, my account had no order but had been create 2018 I had recontacted the SAV by tel telling them that I had no mail in relation to the investigation in progress and that I wanted to be refunded as soon as possible.

Under the circumstances, you're very fortunate to have the claim approved.

At the end of the day, a refund was processed and that's all that matters.
