"Torrents" Is one of your best options. There's millions of users downloading, therefore the probability of getting victims Is a certainty. Look at the "top 100" and compile & name your torrent accordingly. Add some extra features (In the description) that others fail to provide- this will significantly Increase the chances of your torrent being selected over the rest.

Well, sometimes I used to RAT someone, well that is if I dislike them.
I used to though.
But I didn't like the idea of RATTING, since one called the police on me.
It was sorted out, but RAT someone at your own risk.
