received my refund within  week no dramas, after a month of using the quest I received an email about my account being suspended. Spoke to meta support opened an investigation and they are now asking for receipt or proof of purchase. Has anyone had this issue?

I have. They'll keep it suspended, no matter what you do.

Did you tried to generate a fake one? Like you purchased it from a thirt party (one small that they can't check)

Best bet would be to swap your headset with a freshly bought one off Amazon.

So it is not safe to sell a EB'ed Quest 2? Since they can just ban the accounts and the buyer will then come back to me or go to the police

Question is, did you start using it during the refund process or did you wait for the funds to clear and then you booted up the device?
