Any updates with your guys' EBs? Looking to do a meta quest 2 for myself but am growing uncertain lately as some users have been reporting similar issues in which they receive an approval for a refund yet are still waiting for one.

Yes that is true, but I'm sure you agree that that is more of a last resort. But good to know that those who have received approvals have other avenues to complete their SE.

After 3 weeks they told me they had fixed their issue with refunds: truth is they hadn't, they were blatantly lying.
I only got mine thanks to PP, not Meta. This is one of those situations where all else failed.
