A friend of mine was able successfully refund their order (1000$) with the DNA method. Currently I'm currently trying to test out the limits (DNA method with 2000$ order, 18 items).

I placed the order w/ the goal of stretching the limits of the DNA method for Lululemon, so I could care less if it fails. Will update how it goes.

The DNA has no boundaries.

Obviously the higher the value, the greater the difficulty.

and also whats the item limit

No limit.

But do use common sense and good judgement.

For Lululemon DNA, if your order is >20 items, they are most likely going to ship everything in multiple packages. From there, can't really say DNA for all the packages, you'd have to rely on doing partial DNA.

On my end, my order of 18 items was split in 2 separate packages (1 package with 1 single item & the other package with everything else). If you want to avoid your order being shipped in more than one package, I would say the limit should be ~15 items.
