Lululemon SE - Black crusader41 - 02-14-2022
Hi all, I recently ordered three items from lulu lemon, one pair of pants &two shirts, I have been looking into the plethora of methods that are available with those company and order type but am unsure of the best course of action. The total came out to be 360 ish usd, I was thinking of starting out with a simple DNA claim and seeing how that would go. If that doesn’t work I was going to try and work in a blood related type of claim(contaminated materials of some sort) and finally if that failed I was going to try out mothereds favorite FTID for a final attempt to SE.
I should note this is a fresh account with no previous orders along with a drop house. I really appreciate everyone’s time and help, love this community!

Would the contaminated item method not be applicable to this, per say. “I opened this box and the clothes had some red fluid all over them, I thought jt was blood so I threw the whole package away” or something along those lines

Fedex, no verification needed on this order at all
Nor have I done any DNA’s at this location

If It's purely handed over (or left unattended) without a signature, the DNA Is good to go. But be sure to confirm the company Is responsible for loss of goods during shipment.

Did just go though the customer chat on their website and was told they are initiating a “trace” which is just a check from their team to FEDEX, inquiring about the package. After 6 business days they will conclude the “investigation” and will be able to take steps to rectify this situation when that time comes. Will continue to update this thread as it develops.
Did go through with my first step of DNA

Just a late update, SE went through easily I never had any reason to believe they actually checked with the currier but after 7 days. I chatted them online and way approved for the refund immediately. Again 3 items about $350

I did a DNA with my first order with Lulu. 2 items worth 309 C$. They started a 'trace' and told me to contact them after 6 business days. When i followed up, they are saying they have a signed for ( under my name) from FedEx. I havent signed for it. I guess the driver signed for it with my name. I couldn't see how they signed it on FedEx portal and Lulu is refusing me the refund. Shall i initiate a disputé with paypal?

I would bombard them with emails arguing before lodging a pay pal dispute, use it as a last resort
