This clearly demonstrates that perseverance and remaining adamant throughout the entire claim, plays a significant role In maximizing a favorable outcome.
A job well done on your end.

On my 9th time after contacting lululemon chat, (they never replied to my email ), they finally relented and said these final words:
"Thanks for following up with us at lululemon.I hear that you still haven't received your package from order cXXX. We see that the package was signed for and understand how frustrating this experience has been, and I'd love to lend a hand. To value your time, I've gone ahead and credited back a full amount for this order, totaling $317.33 CAD to your original method of payment as a one-time exception. The credit goes through immediately on my end, but it can take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Please know that we provide resolutions on a case-by-case basis, and in the future, we will be unable to support with packages that were signed for."

New member here! Found this thread after searching if anyone has done this with Lululemon, and really glad to see it worked.
Doing this a little differently as I made two orders last week, a bit over $200. They were delivered together today and I reached out to support, who told me they’d investigate for the next four business days.
Both packages didn’t require signature, stated on the tracking. On top of that, they haven’t required you sign since Covid started, so I’m hoping it works out. The FedEx location near me is also horrid when it comes to delivering, they regularly have drivers lie about attempting to deliver all the time.

Easiest way to do Lululemon is through the partial method. Make a big order, in the $600-800, and say you only received a small part of it. Then return the items you said you received, either online or in store. Never fails. Works with pretty much all clothing stores.
