I literally just sent them an email before reading your post stating I want proof that the package was delivered to ME, not left to anyone else who was not authorized to receive the parcel on my behalf, or even stolen by the courier itself
Plus I offered them my own translation, if needed, or to move the issue to my local amazon CS so at least communications will be easier

Be sure to always remain adamant that "you did not personally receive the package", therefore their GPS/tracking details cannot confirm person-to-person delivery. As you've mentioned and adding to It, the driver himself could've stopped by for a few minutes (just to update the tracking Information at the address), and then drove off with the package In hand.

I'm not suggesting to put the driver at fault, but rather stating that the possibility of such an event Is well and truly realistic.

in a previous email they said

we have considered information from our records, as follows which indicate the item as delivered:

- the timed geocode stamp of the delivery location;
- information collected at the point of delivery; and
- the package weight and reported condition upon delivery.

That's a typical automated message trying to justify the delivery on GPS/tracking Information, which by no means concludes that "you personally received the package".

Finally got my refund after arguing a bit, since they kept repeating themselves over and over ("police report isn't complete", "we only want it in English" and so on), had to threaten them with a police report against them and a chargeback in case they didn't comply ASAP and we're finally done

How safe would it be to use the Amazon's purchase invoice to register this GPU on the manufacturer's website for an extended warranty?
The invoice doesn't mention the refund, nor does the Amazon order page, as it's still giving me an option to return it since 30 days didn't pass, but maybe they could actually contact Amazon somehow to verify the order and I could get in trouble for that?

Unless someone's selling purchase receipts, I'm at a loss here.. or I could try editing some data on the invoice so that it can't be traced to me, and see if they accept that without a double check?

What the Invoice and order page contains, Is not a representation of the details stored Internally by Amazon.

The accounts department will have It recorded as a refunded Item.

There's every chance the Invoice will be cross-checked for warranty purposes.
