I did it right away because the courier phoned me when he left the package, so I was totally expecting to find it there when I got home, so after a quick check with my neighbors I realized it was missing and contacted them, as I'm seriously worried about the big loss!

I will email them tonight, saying I still didn't get any update nor the package

I could be flagged, most likely, but that's fine, I mean, I make over 100 real orders each year on this account, I think I'm a fairly good customer after all

So I wrote them an email again saying I still haven't had any update nor my package, they said that, for them, the package is successfully delivered so they can't help me further
BUT, they also said to go file a police report and let them have it in case I want more help, so I guess it's still ongoing, I'll be filing it tomorrow

I guess they can't help me as of now, without a report, because later in the mail they say

Not sure if they'll actually go through with a refund after the PR, if not should I issue a chargeback?
