Hello everyone,
why can you get Logitech G items fairly easy with a couple of emails without having to return the items but not products of the non "G" productline.
Furthermore, how would you approach SEing a Logitech Mx Master 3 (mouse) and a Mx Keys (Keyboard).

Logitech have tightened their claims management.
When was the last time you SEd them without a return being requested?

At 145 grams It's pushing the missing Item method to Its limit, but may still work. Alternatively, box them- It's small enough to do so, and only a minimal weight substitute will be required.
Quote:and a Mx Keys (Keyboard).
DNA (obviously), wrong Item received and depending on how It's packaged, the sealed box method.
If using the DNA, their terms may have changed, so It's best to see who's liable for loss of goods during shipment.

I am in the exact opposite boat @
Kostolany . I can easily SE any Logitech product but when it comes to G series I have the worst of the luck. They always ask for a return from me.
I do believe I did get comfortable with all my SE working with Amazon receipts. I need to switch to some other receipts like MicroCenter, Walmart or BestBuy.

Given you're aware of the return, select an Item that can be boxed without adding a weight substitute.
The G903 Gaming Mouse at 110 grams will suffice.

I think it was about 2 or 3 months ago. It didnt happen once that they asked me to return the item in order for a refund. I am not using an Amazon receipt but I dont really think thats the reason.

How do you approach Logitech G? Any different to normal Logitech?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "It didn't happen".
Please elaborate further on It.

read my answer again please. What I mean is that I was never asked by a supporter to return the item in order to get a refund. I hope this clears things up

I was trying to do the G915 which is much heavier. So I didn't think boxing it was worth it. I am going to try again with a different receipt instead of Amazon.

Nope. The same. Maybe there are differences in the two that I am not aware of and that is why I'm failing with the G Series.

How do you approach a Logitech SE? Maybe we can learn from each other. You can add me on Discord if you want to. lukas#4917

Your reply wasn't specific to my quoted post, hence needed clarification.

Now It makes sense, thanks for clarifying It.
Where does your SE stand at the time of this post?
