Logitech - Kostolany - 12-30-2020 Hello everyone, why can you get Logitech G items fairly easy with a couple of emails without having to return the items but not products of the non "G" productline. Furthermore, how would you approach SEing a Logitech Mx Master 3 (mouse) and a Mx Keys (Keyboard). RE: Logitech - mothered - 12-31-2020 Quote:why can you get Logitech G items fairly easy with a couple of emails without having to return the items.Logitech have tightened their claims management. When was the last time you SEd them without a return being requested? Quote:how would you approach SEing Logitech Mx Master 3At 145 grams It's pushing the missing Item method to Its limit, but may still work. Alternatively, box them- It's small enough to do so, and only a minimal weight substitute will be required. Quote:and a Mx Keys (Keyboard).DNA (obviously), wrong Item received and depending on how It's packaged, the sealed box method. If using the DNA, their terms may have changed, so It's best to see who's liable for loss of goods during shipment. RE: Logitech - taptap - 12-31-2020 I am in the exact opposite boat @Kostolany . I can easily SE any Logitech product but when it comes to G series I have the worst of the luck. They always ask for a return from me. I do believe I did get comfortable with all my SE working with Amazon receipts. I need to switch to some other receipts like MicroCenter, Walmart or BestBuy. I think it was about 2 or 3 months ago. It didnt happen once that they asked me to return the item in order for a refund. I am not using an Amazon receipt but I dont really think thats the reason. What I mean is that I was never asked by a supporter to return the item in order to get a refund. I hope this clears things up RE: Logitech - taptap - 01-01-2021 (12-31-2020, 09:30 AM)mothered Wrote:(12-31-2020, 06:25 AM)taptap Wrote: I can easily SE any Logitech product but when it comes to G series I have the worst of the luck. So I didn't think boxing it was worth it. I am going to try again with a different receipt instead of Amazon. (12-31-2020, 01:22 PM)Kostolany Wrote: How do you approach Logitech G? Any different to normal Logitech? Nope. The same. Maybe there are differences in the two that I am not aware of and that is why I'm failing with the G Series.
