Have you contacted the carrier and ask if it was actually delivered to your address. Reason I say that is because there have been cases where a merchant provides tracking, but it only shows the city state and zip code and not the actual address. We can file a dispute for item not received. Before we do that, I want you to contact the carrier and give them your address and ask if it was delivered to your address or a address in the same city and state and zip code. If the carrier states it was not delivered to your address, then we can issue a refund. We do not cover stolen packages. If that is the case the Merchant will need to file a claim with the carrier that shipped the item.

I did harry rosen in Canada a couple days back and filed a claim with PayPal saying dna. It wasn’t automatically a dispute tho, it was a claim since I think I did it too early. Harry Rosen responded to the claim with tracking numbers. Should I wait a couple days and push a dispute saying empty box or just return?

So should I continue with this case and file dispute as not as described or dd i mess up and should return?

MS allows to buy max 3 Xboxes per 1 order. PEB looks good for that.

Anyone ever had to use 'ReportMyLossUK' for a claim before? PayPal are asking me to complete one on there and submit it due to a lack of PR. It's also £5.95 to submit this which makes no sense lol

Seems to be getting a bit further with reporting things now, think it's now at the stage where it's easier to return and accept the loss (stupidly I went through a return process online with Lenovo but haven’t had anything back yet. Thinking that might have fucked it up as well)

I recommend you to read this topic. But in my opinion you are good to try with MS as I heard they don’t respond.
