wondering how the guy that got 5 Series X's from MS put through his PP claim if he never said DNA. quite hard to claim EB for 5 of them lol

for my past 3 PP claims I put I haven't received this item or product, and have got the refunds. I'm guessing that's because they don't respond. But guess should switch it up, and putting something else could help if they do respond with tracking

Guys, I have a question. If I hit some store through PayPal, I will open a dispute, and after few days PayPal will ban my account. Will it be able to get refund by returning item? Won’t refund be blocked by PayPal due to my account banned?

PP Update: They are asking for a PR for the laptop. already tried my local station and they won’t issue one for it as nothing happened to me directly.

Feels a bit wrong getting one for £2k, and they might actually do something about it rather than ignore them like usual

They are also accepting a report to 'Action Fraud' would that be better than trying at the police station?

Ether one will work nobody will investigate trust me. This is a genuine claim right? Why are you scared to do it? I have saw people have thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen from them. And they know who stole it and the police will not do anything

so submitted a new report from 'ReportMyLossUK' and should get a response by Sunday at the latest from PayPal. However, I stupidly put through a Returns claim with Lenovo before I submitted that form, just need to hope they don't report that to PayPal. I panicked when they (PayPal) initially said I wasn't getting the refund and just went to legitimately return it.

I have, but they responded to PP claim. I'm assuming with tracking. But before I put in a claim I tried thru bestbuy support. They at first said they were going to give me a refund. And then I check a few days later they say some blah blah shit about they can't because of their investigation shit. But I took a screen shot of when they said they were going to give me a refund. So put that into my PP claim and that's probably why PP sided with me. It was around 600$ so maybe something a bit less might work thru best buy directly. Might try again soon and see

no problem, let us know how it goes. And I did do meta twice so far and it was different everything. But some things shouldn't matter much since they don't respond. Might even try and hit them again soon on first credentials lol

how long did the refund take for the pp claim? did you do directly MEB/PEB/EB on the Paypal dispute or did you try through meta first
